Humane Society Rummage Sale

This annual Rummage Sale will take place Saturday, April 20th from 8am to 4pm at American Legion Post 80 at 76 Main Street in Binghamton. The Humane Society is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of animal cruelty and to finding permanent loving homes for companion animals. They rely solely on donations and fundraisers, so stop by to help the cause. You can drop off donations on Friday, April 19th from 9 to 5. Please no books or clothing. Rod Serling Video Festival

Every year the festival, begun in 1995, celebrates the work of students from all over New York State who have ‘submitted for your approval’ short videos to be judged for creativity. The festival culminates with a special premiere of the WSKG broadcast on the big screen at the Helen Foley Theater at Binghamton High School. There will be an awards presentation following the show.
